Job description, responsibilities and duties

The primary support responsibility is day-to-day operation of the Windows servers. Monitors systems, responds to problems and plans for growth. Provides ongoing systems analysis. Assists in designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions for business applications. Responds to work requests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of client software and the deployment of new technology releases, troubleshooting, and software repair. Job related responsibilities include an on-call duty.
