Job Description
Security administrator is responsible for user accounts management - creation, changes and termination of user IDs on various systems and applications (including Windows, Mainframe, UNIX, Tandem, Oracle) according to defined workflows and processes with focus on the Windows servers platform and Active Directory technology.
He/she is actively monitoring the compliance of accounts/accesses and performing remediation activities – access reviews coordination and mitigation of incompliant accounts or access rights.
This position is actively engaged in the creation and deployment of access control model for Windows platform servers and configuration of password policies.

Personality requirements and skills

 Ability to see patterns, past trends, and situations and apply learned concepts to recognize and resolve issues
 Ability to handle problems and complex work processes
 Ability to communicate with different levels of users, act as 2nd line support for identity management related incidents, cooperate with technical owners of systems on incidents resolution
 Ability to enforce security practices in the authentication, authorization and access review processes
 Ability to support Audit activities (i.e. interview meetings, reports creation, remediation of findings)
 Ability to deal effectively with change and work constructively under stress


Three years Windows administration and Active Directory management experience required.
UNIX (Linux, AIX, Solaris…) administration skills are an advantage.
Two years Security Administration – user account provisioning on different system platforms experience required.
Experience with IT security – risk management, compliance governance, technical controls implementation.
Candidate should also have an understanding of the Security best practices and standards and ITIL service management framework.
German language is an advantage.
