Job description, responsibilities and duties
First Data is looking for a manager who will be a member of application support team responsible for coordination of processes and environment management.
Technical Workstream Lead work consists of various activities covering Incident, Configuration, Release and Change management and includes:
• Managing and coordinating of activities across multiple application environments (Production, Test and SIT) from release, deployment, configuration and change management point of view
• Management of incidents and change requests according to company standards and within defined SLAs; Tracking implemented changes and providing evidence of environment actual status
• Managing standard IT principles, concepts, practices and techniques are up to date and used; supervising the execution of processes on a day to day basis
• Serves as a liaison between internal/external business on business projects and compliance initiatives, communication with Project management and technical support teams
