Job description, responsibilities and duties
Work in the First Data Global Command Centre for all EMEA Operations in ITIL based incident, problem and change management environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and controlling multi-technology computing platforms or equipment
• Applying first level analysis, using industry accepted techniques and procedures, to identify, correlate and correct issues.
• Ensuring a stable operating environment and attaining maximum utilization of system facilities.
• Escalating complex problems to appropriate support teams.
• Work is operated on shifts (12 hours - 2x day / 2x night / 4 days free)
