Job description, responsibilities and duties
We, in Ferratum IT are looking for a new colleague who will be in charge of our reception and will become an ambassador of healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception
• Initial contact for our guests & visitors, taking responsibility for the access of the guests
• Booking and preparing meetings and meeting rooms
• Supporting and organizing visits of 3rd party (e.g. notaries, lawyers, vendors…)
• Processing company mail and organizing couriers
• Monitoring and restocking of office supplies
2. Healthier lifestyle
• Preparation of smoothies and fresh juices for our colleagues
• Taking care of restocking of beverages supplies
• Organizing ad hoc sessions about healthier eating
