Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Supervise the team.
• Monitor the team to send out daily pre-alerts to overseas office within a timeframe per SOP requirements.
• Ensure team to communicate with overseas or local customers in effective and appropriate manner.
• Follow up telephone enquiries with customers.
• Participate in ad-hoc project deal in complying with rush-order placed by the customers.
• Communicate with overseas offices related to export shipments.
• Other duties as assigned to the position.
