General Job Purpose:
• To provide a highly experienced level of expertise in selling FedEx services with the objective to build the customer base, achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
• SALES PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITES – Respond to sales leads in a timely manner; identify target customers and needs; recommend and sell appropriate solutions.
• SALES PLANNING AND ANALYSIS – Determine individual tactics in order to ensure strong market penetration, account development and yield enhancement.
• SALES STRATEGY – Recommend, develop, implement and communicate sales strategies in order to increase industry penetration.
• QUALITY MANAGEMENT – Collect and provide customer feedback on service for future service enhancement and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction.
