Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The main missions of the role are to:
• To develop HR documentation by implementation of group HR policies
• Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
• Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action
• Elaborate, manage and follow the organization of tranining plan in accordance with a training needs analysis.
• Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs in accordance with internal training procedures to enhance training efficiency .
• Act as the main interlocutor of external cuppliers and ensure that the services provided meets organization and individual needs.
• Handle legal requirements regarding training and to essure that all legal required training are done on time (for example fork- lift driver, crane operator, electrician, welder, etc.)
• Act as a trainer for some internal training sessions.
• Support implementation of EE tools.
• Organize staffing and recruiting proces of MOD and MOI staff in accordance with needs.
• Cooperation with the personal agencies to provide quick services in accordance with actual needs of company
• Create personals files for all new starters and ensure that all documentation is present, completed and updated and complies with Slovak legislation
• Design and maintain HR related documentation and ensure appropriate security for all HR-related information and documentation.
• Enter new starter information into the relevant systems, ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Maintain and control the evidence of employees attandance including adding new starters and removing leavers. To check if SVs and managers follow legislation and company rules in case of data putting to the attandance system
• Responsibility for arrangement of medical check related with work, for all employees
• Create an purchase orders and receptions in the system.
• Escalating any issues to the HR manager when appropriate.
• Protects ofganization´s value by keeping information confidential
• Performing other duties as assigned in a scope of position
• Ensuring implementation and maintained in accordance with ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
