Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Assist the HR Manager in HR administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.
• Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.
• Handle legal requirements regarding trainings.
• Act as a trainer for some internal training sessions.
• Explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• The recruiting, interviewing, and screening of candidates; coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Cooperation with the personal agencies to provide quick services according to actual needs of company
• Enter new starter information into the relevant systems, ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with Slovak legislation
• Reporting of KPI´s indicators and ensure accurancy of data
