Job description, responsibilities and duties

Multi-national, American firm in Prague needs IT Asset Management Professionals with German for its expanding operations.
Join a growing team and develop your career managing IT assets as programs shift from Germany to the Czech Republic. Because of this shift, German language is required on at least a B2 level and of course training and support will be given for language improvement. Most important is the ability to read German technical documentation and to possess a basic level of communication.

You will be responsible for:

• Updating asset management records
• Managing Stock Audits
• Asset Records
• Validation and Quality Management of Asset Records
• Maintaining Subscription Information for Asset Records
• Project Support for: Office Moves; Data Validation; Service Now Migration; Separations
• Knowledge of Remedy and Service

You have:

• A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience
• 2 + years of asset management or inventory control in the IT field
• Experience/familiarity with HW, SW and IT services
