Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Promptly responds to telephone, e-mail, and mail inquiries from customers and field sales engineers.
Provides detailed technical information on specifications, price, delivery, applications and other product related details for both standard and non-standard products.
Enters, expedites, monitors, and tracks customer orders received via telephone, electronic communication or in written form.
Prepares, tracks, files and maintains written quotations to customers and the sales organization.
Works closely with Credit Management to resolve commercial issues (billing, pricing, tax status, freight terms, etc.)

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

High School diploma, ideally technical education or Business administration
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a huge advantage
Fluent Italian and advanced English is a must
