Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your tasks will be:
To lead developers from a technical perspective – understand challenges and propose technical design solutions;
Willing to mentor and tutor younger developers
Coordinate and manage team to deliver personalization & fulfillment solutions in compliant with customer requirements
Assess and analyze customer requirements in conjunction with internal solutions
Completes and validates the functional specifications with the customer
In general it is software development support team, over 30 application running on JAVA.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

C# - Advanced
Java - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

English C1 (B2 at minimum) (english speaking team)
Soft skills to lead a inspire people to use innovative approach
Good people manager
3 years of experience in SW development (Java, C#)
3 years of technical leadership
Good to have: middleware
