Senior UX designer (AMS team)

What should you know to apply?
- Experienced in user experience design
- Ability to clearly articulate your design decisions, obsess over details and make informed decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data and user research
- Relevant portfolio is required for consideration
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS
- Good verbal and written English communication skills

What will you do?
- Take full ownership of the User Experience Design/Interaction Design of various Products
- Working in a bigger team where you can learn something by others and also guide less experienced designers
- Creative and user-centered design (concepts and final designs)
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to deliver the best
- Management of multiple projects
- Support the development teams with your vast knowledge on usability best practices
- Effectively present designs, communicate rationale, trade-offs, and be receptive to feedback
- Visualize ideas using prototypes
- Usability enhancement, e.g. by creating and developing of wireframes, interaction patterns, style guides and reusable building blocks
