Job description, responsibilities and duties

As senior Recruiter, you will be responsible at a high level to source, recruit and certify qualified and diverse applicant pools for an diverse range of position (include also IT position) final client is an international company from telecommunication field. Manage the entire candidate experience from job opening through application, prescreening, selection, and offer. You will also have heavy interaction with hiring managers and will consult and provide staffing solution for open position.

Position establishes client relationships to ensure full understanding of requirements, and sets expectations on market conditions for skill availability, salary expectations, and time to fill.

Personality requirements and skills

Position delivers end to end staffing support including, but not limited to:

· sourcing & talent attraction
· pre-screening candidates & reviewing most qualified with hiring managers
· scheduling candidate interviews
· processing selected candidate after making salary recommendation,
· gaining hiring manager concurrence, and negotiating salary with candidate.

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English
3+ years of experience performing full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment
Experience work with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies; providing guidance on hiring process and decisions
Familiar with interviewing (both phone screens and face to face interviews)
