Project/ Program/ Quality Manager - IT/Pharma

For our important client, healthcare focused pharmaceutical company with IT center in Prague we are looking for suitable candidates of different seniority for positions:
Project (L1-L3)/ Program/ Quality Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage Projects or Programs of all levels of complexity within the GIS Project Management Office
Directly manage projects or is responsible and accountable for programs from start-up to completion, including change management.
Plan and organize projects/programs, establish project/program governance models and staffing profiles. Develop project/program Key Performance and Success Measures (KPIs).
IT Infrastructure (SAP, Mobile Applications, Data Centers, Transaction Projects)
Responsible for achieving the project/program objectives.
Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the project/program deliverables.
Maintain control over the projects/programs status including updating of PPM tools.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Essential:
- University working and thinking level, degree in computer science or comparable education / experience

Desirable:
- ITIL v3 certification
- Formal Project Management accreditation preferred (PRINCE 2, PMP, CMS, etc.)
- GxP experience would be a big plus
EXPERIENCE

- At least 2-8 years of experience in IT or Pharma Project and Program Management – with a proven track record of leading multinational-, multicultural infrastructure projects on time, quality and budget

- Ability to lead global, multicultural teams

- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Vendor management / service management skills.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members in an effort to perform continuous improvements.
- Ability to work in global matrix organization and in multicultural and virtual teams.

OTHER
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
Fluency (written and spoken) in English, German is a big plus, other languages an asset.
