Director of Research & Development

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, he/she will be in charge of managing the local R&D Projects and will collaborate with other international projects.

Duties:

• Managing projects to develop and improve product (plastics) and process optimization,
• Achieving the targets set
• Raw material, related developments and thermoplastic extruded films and homologation.
• Entire product design and definition, knowhow development.
• Developing work plans
• Extrusion and pleated tests
• New testing methods development
• Managing a professional team
• Controlling and managing of product specifications
• Analysis of data from manufacturing and Quality departments,
• Support and close collaboration with Production, Quality and Technical Assistance departments,
• Managing the budget
• Meeting with company group, customers or suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Business Management or related field (Polymers…)
• 5 years of experience in the same role,
• Excellent project management skills and communication and talent development skills.
• Good command of English
