Field Engineer L2

The Field Engineer L2 role involves providing on-site technical support and expertise for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex systems and equipment. Responsibilities include executing installations, conducting system upgrades, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring optimal performance of infrastructure within a designated area or region. This position often requires advanced technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support.

Field Engineer - driving licence and vehicle is requirement
English and Slovak is required on at least B2 level.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Computer Science or related field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

  2. Vehicle and License. +
  3. At least 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or IT field engineering role. + 
  4. Ability to manage schedule on multiple projects. + 
  5. Proven work Experience in the role. + 
  6. Advance knowledge of Windows OS (Mac, Linux is a bonus).+ 
  7. Practical Experience in the role. + 
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills. + 
  9. Organisational and interpersonal skills. + 
  10. Willingness to travel to customers as required.
