Your responsibilities

• Creation and administration of events in ticketing system
• Creation of venue seat maps (concert halls, theaters, stadiums...)
• Event installation
• Event administration including all changes during the sale period
• Creation of ticket layouts for events
• Follow up with administration of promoter tickets and printing
• Training and installation of Admin and Sales programs for promoters
• Administrative and technical support to the outlets
• Comunication with helpdesk for new inquiries
• Filling of event sheet, protocol sheet, sample ticket and keeping appropriate storage of all this documentation, together with cancelation of tickets and keeping records of canceled tickets

Your profile

• At least 2 years of previous professional experience in similar jobs, preferably with technical background
• Fluency in English as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new software/programs
• Ability to cope with stress and to work in a changing and demanding environment
• Hands-on mentality and ability to multitask
• Energetic & initiative person
