Your responsibilities
  • Office Management (customer’s visits, administration, office supplies, meetings, post and courier service etc.)
  • Operation of the outlets and appropriate and accurate administration of contracts and associated delivery notes
  • First line of technical and administrative support to outlets
  • Precise and correct daily reports from box offices to accounting department
  • Tickets sale as well as ticket administration, assisting web site administration, call center, customer care, web orders management and fulfillment
  • Handling Prepayment booker for customers, Online banking – checking and paring orders, refunds etc.

Requirements for the employee

Required education
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Skills
Language skills:
English - advanced

Your profile
  • At least 2 years of previous professional experience in similar jobs
  • Fluency in English as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new software/programs
  • Ability to cope with stress and to work in a changing and demanding environment
  • Strong good communication and interpersonal skills together with teamwork spirit
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to multitask
  • Energetic & initiative person
