Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Marketing Manager will take a hands-on role, leading marketing activities for the company along with all company clients, in a fast paced, exciting and growing live entertainment business. As Marketing Manager of this innovative and rapidly growing company, you will be working on a wide variety of activities including online, social media, print, radio and TV campaigns.

You will be responsible for organizing and growing the Marketing function, working closely with other operational teams in the business, especially sales. There will be opportunities for international travel, including exciting and stimulating industry events.

Responsibilities:

• Web administration including creation, updates and publishing content
• Updates all social networks and performing tasks for Facebook page Eventim Slovakia, plus all Google activities
• Creating, executing/project managing and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels per each chosen show and overall
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the website; tracking conversion rates and making improvements; improving the usability, design and content and where applicable managing the redesign
• To conduct all necessary activities for the marketing plans created for organizers of events, or overall company marketing activity aligned with SEE countries in Group
• To maintain and develop long-term relationship with all existing clients and marketing partners
• Acting as company ambassador to clients creating potential business opportunities
• Work organization and selection of potential cooperatives in online partnerships
• Preparing client proposals in cooperation and coordination with sales department
• Design and preparation of various marketing materials such as flyers, posters etc.
• Creating presentations and working closely with the entire sales area
• Reporting to GM

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Master's degree)

Specialisation, field:
Economics, majoring in Marketing or equivalent qualification

Skills

Language skills:
English - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Candidate profile:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in marketing (ATL&BTL)
• Experience in Live Entertainment Industry will be considered as an advantage
• Fluency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office with an ability and will to learn new software programs as well
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop
• Proven ability to cope in a very competitive market
• Ability to cope with stress and to work in a changing and demanding environment
• Strong teamwork spirit with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energy & initiative
• Ability to multitask
