Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsibility for recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets (e.g. placements made)
• Following recruiting process and propose improvements.
• Understand recruiting demand and skill profiles.
• To be able to attract potential candidates for various positions, including writing advertisements for job boards and social networks.
• Searching for candidates accordingly in a timely and effective manner, using a variety of tools and resources to find candidates, being resourceful when candidates are not found using the more traditional techniques.
• Screening applications, conducting telephone interviews with candidates and scheduling first & second interviews.
• Working with database accordingly recruiting needs and processes, database maintaining and daily data entry.
• Support and participation on recruiting & sourcing events and activities, including job fairs and open days.
• Responsible for post-offer management – salary negotiation, contract signature.
• Act as a point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns.
• Act as a point of contact for SUL’s in the recruitment process and provide advice on recruitment processes and procedures.
• Maintain effective business relationships with Local & Corporate HR and Leaders/Managers in the Business.
• Direct monthly reporting of key deliverables, statistics preparing – i.e. effectivity.
• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations, monitor their performance.
• Ad hoc projects and duties as required.

Personality requirements and skills

• Recruitment experience - MUST, minimum 12 months, preferably 2 years
• Presentable results from recruitment/sourcing/networking
• Prior experience of utilizing internet job boards and appreciation of social media sourcing methods
• Preferably an experienced agency recruiter or have a mix of in-house & agency recruitment experience
• Client management skills, ability to negotiate
• Organizational, communication and networking skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Used to working to targets
• Good problem solver with analytical skills
