Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Developing an in depth understanding of the software solutions used for mobile payment and the associated security services
• Ensure all security standards relevant to mobile payment processing, card personalization data and communication standards are maintained
• Compilation of product documentation and whitepapers for customers and associated technical departments
• Reporting regular updates on latest developments to customers, sales and management
• Develop user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria for front-end and back-end functionalities on the basis of epics
• Preparation of sprints for the Scrum Team in Requirements Workshops
• Point of contact for the international Scrum Team for any issues arising during the implementation phase
• Creation of concepts on the basis of customer requirements
• Clarification of requirements with customers
• Execution of technical approvals

Personality requirements and skills

Technical experiences:
• Experience in the Payment / Financial industry and particularly in the mobile payments segment
• Familiar with security standards like PCI-DSS, OWASP, OASIS and key exchange processes
• Well versed in Software requirements engineering processes
• Work experience as Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst in an IT environment
• Ability to abstract and analyse ideas as well as creativity
• Experience with Scrum
