Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Design and develop various software components and their integration into the existing software architecture
- Analysis of requirements, creation of state of the art application architecture and solutions within our own software stack as well as integration of third party applications
- Implementation together with an agile team in different stages of the software development life cycle – architecture, implementation, testing and integration, up to the rollout and maintenance

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Several years of experience in object oriented software development (Java, Java EE)
- Very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, Smart GWT, JPA as well as other common frameworks in the context of Java, Web Services and XML
- Good skills in SQL and practical experience in Oracle and its development tools
- Experience with application containers Tomcat and Weblogic
- Experience with agile development and project management methods is required
- Self-motivated and able to think independently
- Great agile team player
