We are looking for a skilled and flexible Hosting Operation Engineer for our client in Kosice.
Person which fully understands customers needs and would you like to help with client requirements from USA or Israel.
Hosting operations Engineer will be primarily responsible for deployment, implementation, hosting, on-going maintenance, and support of software solutions. Success in this position will require IT skills, and strong organizational abilities to effectively propel customer projects to successful completion. Additional required skills include the ability to automate hosting operations, implement comprehensive monitoring solutions, and provide consulting and support to customers.
Duties :
• Keep updated customers and electronic tickets based on the status of reported problems
• Provide technical support to customers
• Collaborate with development team to solve difficult problems
• Take technical care of workers account and their password
