Our client is one of the leading car industry suppliers and employs more than 30.000 people worldwide. For a plant located in Czech Republic we are looking for Senior Lean Manager. The plant is located about 100 km northeast from Prague.

Senior Lean Implementation Kaizen Manager

Automotive industry

Your responsibilities:

• Leading Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen Projects in the plant,
• Taking part in international projects (about 25% of working time),
• Educating and training the employees about Kaizen and Len management philosophy,
• Improving processes, optimizing flow and eliminating wastes in manufacturing,
• Project implementation: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen,5S, SMED etc.,
• Identifying, documenting, and maintaining the financial performance of lean initiatives,
• Working closely with other departments to lead and support lean manufacturing strategies throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• University degree required, preferred an engineer with additional education in management,
• Additional education in Kaizen, Lean Management or Continuous Improvement Management etc.,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive business,
• Experience in providing Kaizen workshops,
• Knowledge of Toyota Production System and Six Sigma.
