Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role may be a starting point for your career in editorial work, progression to more senior roles.

Technical skills:

•Good knowledge of web tools;
•HTML, XML, MS Word, LateX;
•Good command of English;
One year of experience in the mentioned tools.

Specific Job responsibilities will include:

•Producing journal issues and conference proceedings by uploading digital content to digital library and web;
•Processing and online publication of materials and maintaining the correct form, database and related tools;

Organization skills:

●Prioritization, time management skills and capability to adapt to dynamic environments;
●Ability to work hands-on and with limited supervision;
●Attitude to collaborative working.
