Job description, responsibilities and duties

Specific Job responsibilities:

•Supporting the EAI Management in planning and implementation of initiatives, activities and contents that contribute to promote the engagement of community users;
•Realization of the integrated publishing project of EAI communication channels;
•Activating specific community promotion and consolidating loyalty actions;
•Management of the EAI community through Social Media and EAI portal;
•Management and coordination activities of the local Social Media Team, based on the directives of the project manager

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Technical skills

•At least 2 year of proven experience in the management of virtual communities and social media channels in associative or B2B contexts.
•Tools and practices for community management;
•Tools and practices of social media management;
•Basics of social network analysis;
•Techniques of online communication;
•Project management techniques;
•Knowledge of the following tools: Gephi and NodeXL, SocialBro (or other similar tools), Google Analytics, Facebook & Twitter Insight, Wordpress;
•Excellent command of English (certification level C1).

Organization skills:

•Management skills;
•Autonomous thinking and good analytical skills;
•Capability to adapt to dynamic environments;
•Excellent writing and oral skills;
•Ability to work hands-on and with limited supervision;
•Great interpersonal and communication skills.
