Job description, responsibilities and duties

The European Alliance for Innovation (EAI); www.eai.eu is a community-driven organization devoted to empowering ICT innovation in Europe. EAI provides an environment for ICT innovation community interaction that is both virtual and physical.
EAI is now searching a Community Manager/Social Media manager for the EAI office in Slovakia.

Technical skills

-At least 1 year of proven experience in the management of virtual communities and social media channels in associative or B2B contexts.
-Tools and practices for community management;
-Tools and practices of social media management;
-Basics of social network analysis;
-Techniques of online communication;
-Project management techniques;
-Excellent command of English (certification level C1).

Specific Job responsibilities:

-Daily management of the EAI community;
-Supporting the EAI Management in planning and implementation of initiatives, activities and contents that contribute to promote the engagement of community users;
-Activating specific community promotion and consolidating loyalty actions;
-Using the instruments of communication, collaboration and coordination through EAI portal (e.g. blog, forum etc) and social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus, etc...).

Organization skills:

-Organizational skills to support organization of events
-Autonomous thinking and good analytical skills;
-Capability to adapt to dynamic environments;
-Excellent writing and oral skills;
-Ability to work hands-on and with limited supervision;
-Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Working schedule: Full-Time
