• Operation of central servers and applications for more than 27,000 employees worldwide and our customers
• Administration of applications based on Microsoft server products in the enterprise environment
• Installation and operation of new releases
• Monitoring of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Collaboration with international IT teams
• On call
