Change and improvement Manager

With 16,000 staff in more than 200 laboratories across 36 countries, Eurofins Scientific is the world leader in food and biopharma product testing – 1 200 M€ sales in 2013.

To support the continuous growth of our laboratory network, we are looking for the best profiles to integrate one of our sites.

We are looking for a “Change and improvement Manager” for our laboratory in Prague

Your missions:
- You improve the lab / production efficiency
o You will support the implementation of the "Eurofins Operational Excellence" methodology (based on LEAN / 5S) in our lab
o This methodology is based on lean/six sigma/5S methods adapted to the laboratories
o You will analyze the lab, identify and quantify improvement opportunities and finally define and implement appropriate solutions
o The output will be an improved efficiency, cost optimization, and quick wins
- You optimize all the internal processes in the company, from customers quotations to cash collection through all administrative tasks
- You participate to the deployment of the Eurofins IT Systems, which will lead to big changes
- You benchmark our efficiency with other foreign labs in Eurofins network

Evolution:
You will be integrated in our High Potential Program and might have a fast track evolution.
After this successful position, you might join another company in a foreign country.
