To support the continuous growth of our laboratory network, we are looking for the best profiles to integrate one of our sites.
In this context, we are looking for a “Marketing & Communication Coordinator” for Eastern Europe.
Your missions:
- To support the day-to-day life of our sales forces in Eastern Europe
o You provide and maintain the whole documents necessary for the customer prospection
o You design flyers & marketing documents (ppt…) for the sales teams
- To organize specific marketing campaigns
- To organize specific events
o Customers visits
o Annual trade show
- To manage and develop the websites of the Eurofins companies in Eastern Europe
- To coordinate marketing activities from Eastern Europe with the Central Marketing Group
- To implement MS CRM among the sales teams

- Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills
- More than 3 years professional experience, ideally with a CRM background
- Having worked in a multi-site and decentralized organization
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of infography and desktop publishing with specific software (In Design, Photoshop)
- Perfect fluency in written and spoken English,
- Your mother tongue is Czech, Slovak or Polish, and you speak at least 2 of these 3 languages
