Lean Project manager for microbiology labs

To support the continuous growth of our laboratory network, we are looking for the best profiles to integrate one of our sites.
In this context, we are looking for a “Lean Project Manager for microbiology labs” for Eastern Europe.
Your missions:
- You are in charge of the global improvement of our microbiology labs in Eastern Europe
o You are based on one of our labs but go frequently to the other labs in the Eastern Zone to benchmark production processes and monitor quality between the sites
o You put the relevant KPI in place
o You contribute to design the blue print for the ideal microlab
o You support the day-to-day implementation of the "Eurofins Operational Excellence" methodology (based on LEAN/ 5S) in our lab
o The output will be an improved quality, efficiency and cost optimization, and the realization of quick wins
o You are the local key contact for our Process Engineering Group experts in microbiology
- You focus on the on-going training of the relevant workforce of the lab.
o Key for this assignment is the ability to interact with the local employees on all levels, provide on-going coaching and challenging as the change management aspect of the pilot will be important (given the decentralised culture of Eurofins).
- You prepare the deployment of new micro labs in new sites or the integration of potential acquired labs
- You participate to the deployment of the Eurofins IT Systems
