Chemistry Laboratory Manager

To support the continuous growth of our laboratory network, we are looking for the best profiles to integrate one of our sites.
In this context, we are looking for a “Chemistry Laboratory Manager”
Your missions:
- To manage day-to-day laboratory staffing, workflows, customer turnaround times and operational capacity of the lab
- To ensure necessary accreditations are maintained and developped following market needs
- To meet with key Customers on a regular basis to ensure services levels meet contractual and Eurofins requirements
- To ensure that financial targets, margins and costs meet or exceed budget targets.
- To prepare detailled budgets with Site and Support Managers
- To put KPI in place and complete monthly reports and adequately explain trends and variances and corrective actions for ongoing performance issues
- To prepare budgets with Site and Support Managers
- To propose capex in accordance with the company rules
- To ensure Staff Development and Training plans are in place for all staff and direct reports
