Job description, responsibilities and duties
To lead and expand Eurofins ENVIRONMENTAL /FOOD testing activities in Slovakia along the agreed upon Strategy.
Exceed business expansion and profitability goals.
Improve operations efficiency at laboratories processes.
Lead / take part in the marketing and sales process.
Take appropriate measures to improve economic profit, including hands-on personal commitment in situations where profit leves are low.
Improve the technical ans scientific aspects of the business unit.
Prepare and propose annual budget and 3 years plan.
Lead / take part in Group projects in Slovakia and abroad.
Maintain Customer satisfaction, including internal customers.
Lead according Eurofins Leadership Charter.
