Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Contract & Risk Management Specialist is
responsible for processing requests concerning
contracts, risk evaluation, debtors management
and contract revisions.
The main tasks are:
- processing and implementation of client´s/external partner´s data and product profiles in internal information system with keeping the high data quality
- preparation and implementation of contract changes over contracts in information system
- managing car files, including check of correctness and internal communication with other departments
- responsibility for electronic and paper archiving of contract documentation
- communication with client over proper and complete contract documentation
