Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:

• logistics services, preparing offers and order intake,
• monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage
• routes planning, routes optimization and cost effectiveness analysis
• coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;
• analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
• liaising and negotiating with sales force, customers and suppliers;
• analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions
• sales operations and support, sales movement monitoring
• dispatching and invoicing
• issuing relevant documentation

Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, working closely together with sales managers and clients, following up deliveries from suppliers and to dealers
