Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client ´s office in Bratislava we are looking for a dynamic, customer oriented and communicative employee.
Suitable candidate will be responsible for providing support to the operation, including, but not limited to the following activities: answering phones, paperwork filing, faxing / e-mail communications, inbound and outbound order processing, paperwork preparation, report completion.

Key responsibilities will be:
- Utilize the facility Information Systems to perform tasks related to Client account, such as, but not limited to: order entry, inventory inquiries, receipt processing
- to utilize and accurately complete daily reports and worksheets as required by both Client and Management
- be able to communicate changes to schedules from clients to drivers in a timely manner
- Issuing of expedition documentation, invoices and documents archiving
- Proceeding of customer claims
- Issuing of internal documentation to settle accounts receivable
- Updating and maintaining internal system on daily basis - and other responsibilities related to that
- Communication with other departments in Head Office
- Reporting, monitoring
- Process analysis and optimization to ensure delivery to customer on time
