Job description, responsibilities and duties
Project Development Leader/property construction:
An outstanding opportunity has emerged, within project management team, for one of the EU leading company, that delivers the most effective customized solutions for modern commercial interior and exterior environments to dynamic organisations across the region and the globe.
Reporting to the Senior Operation Management level, you will take full responsibility for the property construction project´s life-cycle from inception through to completion of an asset.
You will be involved in developing long-term relationships with clients and assist in the provision of property development, operation and management, all with the aim of delivering significant operational cost savings.
Responsibilities:
- manage commercial property construction projects independently, network with customers, designers, engineers, in-house estimating department, subcontractors and suppliers,
- manage, review and coordinate architectural/engineering projects and proposals developed in-house or by consultants
- manage overall for entire project, including efficient and smooth running of site works
- provide analyses and options on impacts to project schedules sand budgets
- overall responsibilities for meeting project progress in accordance to deadlines
- resolve design and technical site problems encountered during the project period
- work closely with Client, Architects, Designers, suppliers, production...
- involved in tender process, costing computing
Requirements:
- professional qualification in Building, Construction, Engineering, Project Management
- experience with project management, good technical and construction knowledge
- 5 Years of experience with project management, bid analysis, budgeting, writing scope of work, document interpretation, pricing on hard bid, design-build, and negotiated projects
- strong leadership, positive attitude and good project management skills
- highly committed, responsible and service oriented
- strong organizational, follow-through and communication skills – must be dependable, proactive and promt, strong work ethic
- multi-tasks and stay focuced on the big picture while addressing daily issues
