Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• To contribute to the tactical policy development of company in the commercial field;
• Ultimate responsibility for preparing the sales plan for office sales containing the objectives for the department and associated KPIs;
• Responsible for the management, development and performance management of all subordinates as outlined in the Human Resources Policy;
• To monitor and actively contribute to the progress of the sales plan for office sales;
• Ultimate responsibility for the efficient implementation of the work processes;
• To make suggestions to improve working methods/procedures relating to Office Sales or Field Sales;
• To maintain contacts with other team managers;
• To ensure optimal coordination with Operations, Finance and ICT;
• To be a single point of contact for International Sales and Marketing Office, management of database of clients/prospects; participation in international sales and marketing meetings
• To provide management reports;
• Management based on account plans, area plans, sales forecasts and other KPIs;
• To be an active advisor for Commercial Director in planning of sales and marketing strategy;
• To look for, manage and approach new potential clients = acquisition;
• To manage active clients = client management

Personality requirements and skills

• Knowledge of leasing/automotive is preferred;
• Knowledge of business processes;
• 1-3 years management experience -responsible for 4 + 1 team members
• 5-7 years relevant work commerce experience;
• English - verbal and written communication - advanced level.
