Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Managing the overall operation of our Production Facility in Hungary
- Managing all aspects of the plant, including the people, budgets production, quality (control), maintenance, purchase, warehousing and distribution
- Drive and deliver on the Quality, Engineering, Health and Safety, Production, Engineering and Logistics aspects of the plant
- Coaching people, and ensure a high performing team
- Focus high customer satisfaction with external & internal clients

Personality requirements and skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor or academic degree in Manufacturing / Assembly Operations, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager in a comparable Manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of machining, fabrication and assembly operations, tooling evaluation and cost savings through improved processing.
- Good financial acumen and a strong people leader
- Good understanding and practical knowledge of LEAN, Six-Sigma, Value Stream Organization, Automotive Quality Standards, Inventory management, operational metrics and ERP systems.
- Good language skills: fluency in English is required, German is advantage
