Summary:

Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.

Key responsibilities:

- formulate and deliver HR business strategy
- define and implement HR priorities and targets
- develop adequate HR policies, standards and procedures
- manage various HR projects
- lead HR department

with employee relations issues sensitively and confidentially
- the ability to build up a new and strong organization with people as
their capital
- fluent English
