Job description, responsibilities and duties

The goal of the job is to provide supervision of car repairs and workshops, control of repair and maintenance costs.
Main tasks are:
• To check and monitor costs for technical maintenance
• To approve repairs and maintenance on lease cars
• To record data about repairs and maintenance in the computer system
• To approve replacement cars according to the contract agreements so that drivers' mobility is guaranteed.
• To keep the fleet in safe technical condition
• To check and book incoming invoices from suppliers
• To maintain daily contact with dealers workshops in relation to goodwill and guarantee arrangements
• To handle complaints relating to technical management quickly and efficiently
• To maintain contacts with office sales in relation to different developments in respect of customers
• To provide input for reports on the total maintenance costs of the concluded contracts in relation to supply
• To highlight trends in the market in technical management
• To store the communication with clients in CRM system
