SCOPE OF THE POSITION
The company has recently launched a new factory in Nova Dubnica. This role is very entrepreneurial and will shape the Quality Function within the company as this is a new function. As a Quality Engineer you contribute to the company’s quality objectives by overseeing supplier, product and process quality. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will manage Quality from A to Z.

Language skills
Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes (robot welding, surface treatment of metal parts preferable)
- Knowledge of Six sigma or Lean process improvement methodologies
- Statistics (X-R charts) and statistical process control (SPC)
- Experience with automatic 100% inspection equipment is advantage
- Some years of relevant experience in similar function is an advantage

- Attention to detail, structured and analytical
- Pro-active and hands-on mindset
- Team player
- Decision-making, judgement
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills English (written and oral) – German is plus
- PC / Excel, SAP experienced
