• Supports the Lean Manager to promote and execute the Lean Transformation in the plant
• Coordinates the action plan of the Lean transformation and the related milestones

• Checks discipline-to-standard promoting daily process confirmation of the previously defined standards (Sustainability)
• Acts as role model, trainer and coach, developing the Lean skills of both managers and employees
