Position Summary:

The M·A·C Artist represents the image, products and culture of the company to the Customer. Their primary responsibility is customer service and sales, achieved through exceptional communications skills and artistic abilities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS

SELL THE M.A.C. LINE
Achieve required retail sales targets set by the Company
Be aware of and achieve the targets set by the Company in respect of AUS, % seated service, business mix and productivity
GIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Give prompt, polite and efficient service at all times
Adhere to the M.A.C.customer service guidelines provided
Provide each and every customer with the best level of make-over possible in the M.A.C. style, tailored to the customer’s requirements and within the time guidelines specified by the Company
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, communicating this to the customer to meet their needs
