Job description:
As a member of ESET product management team, you will cooperate with other product managers supporting their activities, interaction designers, engineers and marketing communication stakeholders building ESET solutions and services for business customers. You will be responsible for managing operative and technical product life-cycle activities for one or several business products, tools or features.
You will be participating on ongoing market and customer research to gather and understand target user problems and needs. Your focus will be put into transferring gathered market problems into business and product requirements with one goal - to assure success of the product on the market. You will participate on preparation of product life-cycle-related deliverables intended for internal technology, sales and marketing stakeholders to help them understand core values and benefits of the product or features under your responsibility. Additionally, you will participate on regular evaluation of product success on the market to define specific product or feature improvements.
