At ESET, we understand, that an outstanding web experience is a crucial element of this. As a part of an initiative to boost the user experience with the ESET web ecosystem, we are looking for a specialist to join a small, agile Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team based in the ESET Global HQ in Bratislava.

The main role of the Conversion rate optimization specialist will be to work as a part of the Global CRO team on executing the global CRO strategy, with the aim of boosting the business web KPIs, while maintaining a strong user and customer centric focus. He/she will contribute to every phase of the CRO process – research, ideation, A/B testing, and evaluation.

Activities / responsibilities:
  • Work with the team on suggesting, planning, executing and evaluating conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Analyze existing quantitative and qualitative data & gather new data to identify the areas where the user experience is being reduced, translating data into actionable optimization recommendations
  • Define the setup for individual A/B test initiatives incl. hypothesis, KPIs and the individual variations
  • Cooperate on the preparation of wireframes / mockups, provide input on designs
  • Work with the respective teams to prepare the assets for testing
  • Analyze the A/B test results, identify and report on findings and takeaways
  • Cooperate on the maintenance of the CRO testing and optimization roadmap
  • Provide insights, optimization and A/B testing ideas for ESET properties around the world
  • Participate in the creation of CRO analyses and web/ecommerce best practice guidelines

  • User flow analysis, Screen recordings (e.g. Google Analytics, HotJar)
  • Polls & Surveys – qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g. HotJar)
  • A/B testing (e.g. Optimizely)
  • Ad hoc – other CRO tools, internal systems, business analytics data
