Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are expanding Global Online Marketing team based in our Bratislava Headquarters. The team is responsible for delivering projects with global strategic impact in areas of paid advertising, SEO optimization, social media, analytics and conversion optimization. The successful candidate should have 2 years experience working with conversion rate optimisation, user experience, A/B testing and web analytics. You will be responsible to suggest, plan, prepare and run optimization program and initiatives across properties and campaigns such as websites, landing pages and e-mails. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the entire customer journey at ESET websites.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute conversion optimization strategy with the goal of improving conversion rate and revenue through use of A/B testing, web analytics, and UX enhancement
- Analyse web analytics and other quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities to improve ESET’s website and identify A/B testing opportunities
- Develop hypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for A/B and Multivariate tests
Design and execute A/B tests with tools such as Optimizely
- Keep track of the testing results, analyze, present, and evangelize the results in an organized manner and aid with their implementation
- Work to improve and progress the optimization processes, tools, and strategies to increase efficiency and affectivity
- Become the subject matter expert for internal teams, ESET’s network of global offices and partners, and external stakeholders. Take the lead in educating and guiding them with results and best practices
- Prepare functional and technical specifications and documentation

Personality requirements and skills

- At least 2 years of experience on similar position
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization
- Good understanding of online marketing principles, trends in web design, accessibility, usability, user experience, e-commerce, SEO best practices, SEM and PPC
- Experienced in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or JQuery
- Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO or similar), heat mapping and user recordings tools (Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Clicktale or similar)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Service-orientated team player with expert communication skills
- Upbeat attitude, self-driven focus and motivation, and desire to work in a results-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize and reprioritize tasks
- Ability and willingness to learn new things
