Marketing Communication Specialist

With guidance from the Global Marketing Communication Manager the Marketing Communication Specialist plans, creates and manages preparation of marketing communication assets for regional offices and ESET partner network (up to 180 countries) designed to generate product awareness, brand identity, drive business opportunities and stimulate sales for the company. Collaborates with cross-functional teams – from creative, online, PR to product marketing and other teams – to produce appealing, efficient and consistent marketing communication assets.
The Marketing Communication Specialist independently manages selected projects, builds effective relationships with all stakeholders and supports their initiatives through a wide range of communication assets including sales communication materials, collateral, promotions, advertising, online marketing, video and direct mail.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensures creation of marketing communication strategies and delivery of marketing communication assets for global use by ESET partner network (up to 180 countries) designed to generate product awareness, brand identity and stimulate sales for the company – as determined and outlined by Global Marketing Communication Manager.
• Takes care of reactive support to regional offices and ESET partner network and other internal clients.
• Executes activities with a yearly budget between EUR 500 000 and EUR 2 000 000.
• Drives new ideas and projects within the ESET project framework.
• Works within the provided budget and resources and in alignment with company and division targets.

Job Duties:

• With guidance from the Global Marketing Communication Manager plans, creates and manages preparation of marketing communication assets.
• Works with internal clients to define business needs and objectives, crafting appropriate communication strategies and identifying appropriate marketing tactics to achieve business goal
• Coordinates the work of designers, copywriters and other internal teams in order to deliver required outputs
• Plans and tracks usage of resources for individual projects
• Executes marketing communication assets:
• Delivers collateral marketing materials according to the brief from Product Marketing Manager
• Delivers online marketing materials according to the brief from Online Marketing team
• Delivers sales materials according to the brief from Sales team
• Cooperates with Product Management team in order to create a brand-consistent and effective product identity (GUI, web interface), delivers inputs for GUI, web interface and other product design projects according to the brief by Product Manager/Interaction Designer
• Provides timely and effective support for internal clients and partners
• Handles operational communication with ESET partners and provide administrative support to ESET’s Global Partner Center
• Mentors marketing specialists
• Builds working relationships with our internal stakeholders and ESET regions
• Develops working relationships with external suppliers and manage their activities and services
• Sets and measures KPIs for individual projects
• Gathers feedback from internal stakeholders and partners
• Carries out conceptual, systemic, creative and methodical activities.
• Carries out other tasks in accordance with activities of the department and the company as directed by a superior.
