Analyst Relations Specialist

The Analyst Relations Specialist will be in responsible for supporting, planning activities and manage the relationship with key analyst firms (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, etc) for key vendor evaluations, events, coordinating all interactions with them and other analyst relations activities. They will serve as a key link between industry analysts and ESET executives.

In general, Analyst relations is a corporate communications and marketing activity in which corporations communicate with industry or research analysts who work for independent research and consulting firms.
Technology providers usually have an Analyst Relations person or team (sometimes called industry relations).

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate analyst briefings and interviews
• Support analyst briefing, presentations, documents and planning for industry analyst events
• Responding to analyst inquiries, monitoring briefings, ensuring that deliverables are provided and suggesting research topics
• Establish processes for ongoing communication and education of industry analysts
• Work with analyst firms to support various research reports and whitepapers
• Work with product marketing to secure positive analyst reports, and deliver quality information to analysts
• Securing analyst quotes for press releases
• Developing and monitoring an analyst report calendar for coverage potential
• Providing information about the analysts’ reports to key stakeholders in the company
