We are expanding Global Online Marketing team based in our Bratislava Headquarters. The team is responsible for delivering projects with global strategic impact in areas of paid advertising, SEO optimization, social media, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build ESET’s online presence both internally and externally through the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members to develop integrated plans which support digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising campaigns)
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities, nurture existing customers, create upselling opportunities, and increase brand awareness on a global scale
  • Effectively partner with marketing, sales, content, product and client teams to develop and implement strategies, campaigns and other tactics through all digital channels
  • Collaborate with the ESET Regional and Local offices to develop and manage programs and campaigns that aim at generating revenue from online channels as well as generating trial users and converting them into full paid customers in both consumer and business segments
  • Collaborate with the ESET Regional and Local offices to develop and manage programs and campaigns that aim at generating business leads as well as other business oriented conversions (i.e., event attendees, whitepaper distribution, etc)
  • Responsibility over the achievement of the conversion targets for all online-based campaigns, programs and actions, including generation of revenue coming from the online channels
  • Responsibility over the allocated budget for the online campaigns, programs and activities for 1M+ budget with positive ROI targets
  • Ensure all digital marketing platforms work together to enhance brand awareness, drive conversions, and support customer retention
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, devices and customer touch points
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify and manage key performance metrics that align with the needs of our business and provide direction for new projects moving forward
  • Coordinate and lead team of digital marketing specialists and external suppliers for digital marketing services
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
